We recently purchased the “Ghost” and are thrilled with how simple it it to use. It is a great alternative to an open fire. Very elegant structure and it actually puts out more warmth than we anticipated.

Rhys could not have been more helpful and super quick to respond to any questions. I bought it to use as an indoor heater to improve the ambience and warmth of my living room in winter.
The product is first class, a floating minimalist black box by day and a warm and beautiful flame at night. It's everything I had hoped for and more.
Very easy to use and packed to perfection with clear and easy instructions on how to de-box it. This has been a great customer service experience and I wish Rhys and his team all the best - they deserve it.
After much thought, consideration and discussion with Rhys we recently purchased “Ghost” initially we had planned on a fire pit but given the advice and Rhys experience we chose “Ghost” and could not be happier with the product, living in Brisbane fireplaces are not really something we are familiar with purchasing. Rhys provided us with the best customer service we have received in such a long time, nothing was too much trouble and everything about the purchase was just so easy, in fact we were so happy we also purchased another fireplace and love that as much. We could not recommend Rhys and Chama Design enough if you are considering a fireplace.
