Understanding Your Project
We review drawings, photos, dimensions, site conditions and timelines to understand your space and constraints.
Fireplace Selection & Specification
We recommend a suitable fireplace model, size and configuration based on your project requirements.
Additional Services (if required)
For projects requiring a higher level of support, additional services can be provided as a separately scoped service, including:
- Design concept development.
- 2D Technical drawings.
- Custom-manufactured fireplace or firebox solutions.
- Supply of fireplace-related materials, such as custom glass screens, custom backsplashes, custom metalwork and special adhesives.
- Installation documentation for custom fireplaces outlining recommended methods and compliant materials.
Fireplace Supply
We supply the selected fireplace and confirm any project-specific requirements prior to installation.
Installation Support
We remain available to support your builder or trades during installation and answer technical questions as they arise.
Commissioning
Once installation is complete, we attend site (Melbourne projects) to commission the fireplace, review the installation for compliance, and provide an in-person demonstration on operation and refuelling.
We also supply complimentary bioethanol fuel so you can begin using your fireplace immediately.
