Shipping & Returns
Ordering
A thank you email will be sent to you right after we receive your online order and have pre-authorised your credit card. Please take a moment to confirm all the information sent to your email is correct.
Please note we require 24 - 48 hours to process your order with our warehouse. If your order was placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed the following business day.
Orders in stock will have their full payment processed, and we may contact you to organise delivery. Please check our shipping terms to familiarise you with our conditions to deliver your order.
Occasionally, goods are out of stock; if so, your payment won't be processed, and we will contact you immediately.
Delivery Costs
Add the items to the cart, head to the checkout page, and enter the shipping address; the shipping cost will be generated. (Remote postcodes may incur additional charges.)
Delivery Method
Our standard delivery provides ground delivery to the most accessible access point on the property and does not include inside delivery, package removal, or assembly. (For non-standard delivery, please call or email for a quote.)
Bulky deliveries for WA, NT & TAS may require the customer to collect goods from their closest depot. (Contact us for the closest depot location.)
You will be required to be available to sign for the delivery of your order. Request a preferred day for delivery in the 'Delivery Notes' in the carts.
If you cannot be available to receive the delivery, you need to opt for Authority to Leave Item (s) during the checkout.
Suppose you opt for an Authority to Leave Item (s). In that case, Chama Design and/or the Freight Company cannot be held responsible for any missing goods after delivery to your shipping address.
There may be an additional cost for re-deliveries costs for unsuccessful deliveries.
Any smaller items (e.g., outdoor covers) may be shipped inside the packaging of a more oversized carton in the same order.
Orders that contain multiple cartons may be delivered at separate times or days.
Orders that contain products from multiple brands may be delivered separately as they may be shipped from different locations. You will be supplied with a tracking number for each delivery as soon as the order is dispatched.
Unfortunately, not all drivers call before the delivery, but you will be provided with a tracking link with live updates.

Delivery Times
All orders are delivered from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
Standard delivery is 1 - 7 business days for QLD, NSW & VIC shipments. And 7 - 10 business days for WA, NT & TAS shipments from the dispatch date.
Standard delivery times are only estimates, and they can change due to unforeseen circumstances as if there is a public holiday or weekend between the order and delivery dates.
Damages and issues
If a product arrives and the packaging or the product itself is clearly and significantly damaged, you should take photos or video showing the damage; contact us immediately at info@chamadesign.com.au.
If you notice after a product arrives that it is missing parts, is faulty, is defective or has been damaged during manufacturing, please take photos or video clearly illustrating the problem and contact us immediately at info@chamadesign.com.au.
Damage, defects, missing parts or issues must be reported within seven days of delivery or goods are assumed to be delivered in good condition.
Always retain the original packaging until you have determined the product is satisfactory if an exchange or return is necessary.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your Item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your Item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us must first request a return to be accepted.
All returns will be subject to restocking fees and shipping costs. These fees will be subtracted from your return payment.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
